As your conversation volume grows, you need ways to route work to the right people and keep your queue understandable at a glance. ChannelX gives you two complementary tools for this: teams and labels.

Teams group agents around a shared responsibility — Support, Billing, Sales, Customer Service — so you can route a conversation to a group rather than chasing one specific person. Anyone on the right team can pick it up.

Labels tag conversations by topic, status, or priority — VIP, Urgent, Complaint, Technical Support, Follow Up — so you can filter, categorize, and build custom workflows that match how your organization actually works.

Used together, teams answer "who handles this?" and labels answer "what is this about?" Combine them in filters, automation rules, and reports to keep even a busy inbox organized.
